About this product
mixsoon's Bean Cleansing Oil leans on soybean, jojoba and sunflower oils plus vitamin E to melt away makeup and sunscreen without stripping skin. It's a soft, non-greasy oil that emulsifies into a milky wash the moment you add water, leaving skin comfortable instead of tight afterward. It's still building up a review history, but the oil-forward formula reads as a gentle first cleanse for combination and dry skin. Use it as step one of a double cleanse, before your foaming or gel cleanser.
On dry skin and hands, pump 2-3 times and massage over your whole face, then add a little water to emulsify until milky before rinsing with lukewarm water.
What reviewers say
This is one of my go-to first cleanses — soybean oil, jojoba, and a touch of vitamin E dissolve makeup without stripping. It skews toward combination and dry skin in my experience, and while it's not fragrance-free, it still feels gentle enough for regular rotation.
Asked which skin it worked for, 59% of reviewers picked combination (dry 29%, oily 12%).
71% called it gentle on their skin.
These add up to 100 — it's which answer people chose, not a score out of 100. It tells you who liked it, which isn't the same as what will suit you.
