This eye cream combines dimethicone and propanediol for a cushiony, moisture-sealing texture with niacinamide worked in to help brighten and even out the eye area over time. It's a richer formula suited to dry skin, though it does contain fragrance and a touch of alcohol, worth knowing if your eye area is easily irritated. Best for dry skin around the eyes that wants a rich, hydrating cream, with a note of caution for very sensitive eyes.

How to use

Pat a small amount around the orbital bone using your ring finger, morning and/or night, before heavier creams.

This is thicker than most eye creams I've used, which is exactly what my dry under-eye area wants. Niacinamide helps with the dullness that shows up there, though I'll flag that it does contain fragrance and a bit of alcohol, so it's not one I'd hand to very reactive skin.
